Hello dear you,

My name is Ella Dekker. I am a coach, applied psychologist, support group facilitator and (stilt)performer. I studied design, applied psychology and support group facilitation. I have a huge passion for helping people finding out ways to get over their mental and emotional barriers in life.
My favorite subject is anxiety. In the past I have had my fair share of anxiety and fear. I struggled with a phase of social phobia and panic attacks. The strong emotions and thoughts coming along with this fear made my view on life blurry and made me incapable of believing that I would ever get out of it.
Because I know how difficult it can be to handle these emotions and thoughts, it became my favorite subject to work with. The more people fear-free, the happier I will be!

Living with anxiety can be very difficult and demotivating, but
do not fear! There is light at the end of the tunnel. There is a brighter, happier and better life for all of us.

I met Ella during our annual workweeks with orphans and former homeless children in Romania. What a joy to be in a team with her. Energetic, involved, wise and creative! What particularly strikes me is her openness and her desire to develop and connect. We can laugh, chat and learn from each other. Precious! Ella doesn't have her wisdom from books. She knows what she's talking about when it comes to sitting deep and that it takes courage to live life to the fullest! It is precisely this vulnerability that makes it so powerful.
